Flavourful truffles "Tinc wins vegan"
Instructions
Elaboration:
- We put all the ingredients in the food processor or thermomix and we grind everything at maximum power until it is a compact texture and we can make spherical balls.
- The balls are coated.
Conservation:
These truffles keep in the fridge for about 10 days. They can also be frozen and we will increase conservation to 2-3 months.
Ideal for breakfast, a snack or to take in a post workout.
They are highly energetic and nutritious.
Ingredients
- 250g bio washed hazelnuts
- 350g of currants
- 100g of Macuchino
- 70g gluten-free avana
- 50g of Creole cocoa nibs
- 120g vegetable drink
- 1 pinch of salt flower
- 1 tablespoon of Ceylan's cinnamon
Different powdered ingredients are used to coat the truffles, such as:
- Matcha tea
- Wheat grass
- Turmeric
- Turmeric Chai Latte
- Cocoa
- Coco cao
